On the 1st and 2nd December next, the seminar of the International Association Cities and Ports on the theme of " Port Transformations : developing towards a new generation of the port city" will be organised in Rotterdam in collaboration with the Development Corporation CityPorts /Stadshavens. The question, a more and more central one, of the blend to be imagined between the economic activities connected to maritime and transport activities and more urbanistic usages will be at the centre of the discussions. Numerous international experts will take part in this event and chair the workshops. Representatives of the port cities of Stockholm, New York, Hong Kong, Paris and from South Africa etc. have confirmed their presence.
