o Updating of existing and development of additional/ innovative communication tools to facilitate exchanges between [the company]'s members.
o Coordinating the production of all communication materials and publications (books, programs, brochures, flyers...)
o Writing and editing of the [the company]'s newsletter
o Management and updating of the [the company]'s website (internet and intranet)
o Development of a press and media strategy for [the company]'s events, awards and activities. This involves producing press releases and developing contacts with specialized international press/media on lighting.
o Coordinating translation services
o Provide editing assistance
- Administration and coordination
o Development of the organization of [the company]'s events and projects, especially the ones aiming at the promotion of the network and its members.
o General administrative support in everyday work, including preparation of meetings and minute taking.
o Monitoring and updating the [the company]'s member database...
