Senior Manager PR, Mobile
A position is open for senior manager of mobile PR. The role will support mobile BU needs for [the company] in EMEA, APAC and Americas. This individual will be responsible for supporting the Head of Skype Mobile PR build the brand around the world by creating comprehensive, executable, and measurable PR campaigns that support both the company's marketing and business objectives. Critical to the role will be the individual’s ability to drive the concept formulation and work with regional PR leads to drive execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a global PR vision and strategy in line with the mobile business strategy as well as the overall company communications strategy.
• Create media-worthy and measureable PR programs and campaigns that support the continued growth of the mobile business.
• Support the development of the overall media strategy, including strategically positioning [the company] in media through effective messaging.
• Integrate public relations activities into overall marketing campaigns to support business objectives and collaborate with other cross-functional departments.
• Provide PR counsel and support to internal clients and senior management.
• Act as a spokesperson as needed.
• Work collaboratively with regional PR leads and global agency partners.
